Commentary on Hadith
It is recommended if a Muslim sits in any gathering – no matter what kind of gathering it is – to end by reciting the expiation for the gathering before he gets up to leave
The expiation for a gathering is a dhikr that is mentioned in the Prophet’s Sunnah. It is to be recited after every gathering as an expiation for sins and idle talk. It is: “ Subhanak Allahumma wa bi hamdika, ash-hadu an la ilaha illa anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayka (Glory and praise be to You, O Allah; I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship except You; I ask for Your forgiveness and I repent to You).” The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) explained that the expiation for the gathering should be recited at the end of every gathering in which a man sits, whether it is a gathering of dhikr or a gathering in which there was a great deal of idle talk. If it was a gathering of dhikr, that will be recorded for him as a righteous deed, and if it was otherwise, that will be an expiation for it.The hadith “The true mujahid is the one who strives against his nafs in obedience to Allah”

Is there anything in the Sunnah to indicate that it is not allowed to eat again shortly after eating?
There is no proven report to indicate that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade eating again shortly after eating, but that is known from doctors. What is soundly narrated from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) is that he urged people to eat little and not to eat more than they need.Negation of faith in the Hadith “No one of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself”
Suicide in Islam
Suicide is a major sin in Islam. Prophet Muhammad stated that the one who commits suicide will be punished with what he used to kill himself. Suicide is not disbelief that puts a person beyond the pale of Islam, as some people think. Rather it is a major sin that is subject to the Will of Allah on the Day of Resurrection: if He Wills, He will forgive it, and if He Wills He will punish for it. The Prophet refrained from offering the funeral prayer for one who had committed suicide, as a punishment to him and so as to deter others from doing the same. But he allowed people to offer the funeral prayer for him, so it is Sunnah for the people of knowledge and virtue not to offer the funeral prayer for one who has committed suicide. Are Men Allowed to Travel Alone in Islam?
It is proven that Prophet Muhammad forbade a man to travel alone in several Hadiths. The prohibition to travel alone applies to the one who travels alone via empty and remote routes. If there is no risk of being lost, and where there are likely to be helpers and companions, there is no wrong with travelling alone. The saying “An hour for the Lord and an hour for yourself”
