With regard to masturbation, the basic ruling is that it is prohibited according to the majority of scholars, and the one who does it should be given a Ta`zir punishment, but it is not like Zina.

It is not permissible for a woman to ask her friend to shave her pubic hair for her, or to let her do that. If you do that, you will both be committing a major sin, and you will not be excused for that, because it is easy to find other ways of removing this hair, such as using the well-known depilatories, if you cannot use a razor. This is permissible in cases of necessity when one is unable to move, or if one is sick or insane and other cases where a man or woman is unable to shave the pubic hair.

• Whatever is specifically for the adornment or beautification of women only, such as lipstick, nail polish, and so on, it is not permissible for men to adorn themselves with it. • There is nothing wrong with using things that are for the purpose of removing defects, such as using creams to remove spots from the face. • In the case of cosmetics that are used only for the purpose of beautification or adornment, it is not appropriate for men to use them. • If the use of something will lead to a change in the colour of the skin, from dark to light for example, if that change is temporary then there is nothing wrong with it.

It is forbidden to help others in sin. The one who helps someone else in sin is also sinning. Not every kind of help is prohibited; rather what is prohibited is deliberate help in which the one who offers it intends to help the person in his sin, or direct help such as carrying alcohol or writing down contracts involving riba.

Hasad (destructive envy) means wishing that a blessing that Allah has bestowed on the envied person be taken away.

Characteristics of a Muslim businessman are: 1- Trade should not distract him from remembering Allah; 2- He should seek that which is permissible; 3 -He should keep away from dubious matters; 4- He should strive to be sincere and honest, and to fear Allah; 5- He should not neglect charity; 6- He should be lenient and easy-going; 7- He should give respite to one who is in difficulty, and reduce or wave his debt; 8- He should stay away prohibited transactions.
